OUR principals

LAUREN BONNER MINICONE

has worked with 25+ companies, leading turnarounds, scaling teams, building technologies, investing in growth and advising CEOs, including at Better.com, Paribus, TruMid, Climb Credit and TheNumber.

She has served in management roles at Bridgewater, as a GP and Operating Partner at 1/0 Capital, a fintech venture fund, and as an executive officer at Point72. Lauren graduated from Harvard College with honors.

Arun Mittal, CFA

has over 20 years of investment, startup and turnaround operations experience, including at Klarna, LedgerX, StoneCastle Partners, TheNumber, Power REIT and Shinsei Bank (Tokyo).

Arun holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and Georgia Institute of Technology.
